Shipping is only on most delivery option.

Only qualifying products are eligible for the discounted shipping rate. This is indicated by the discounted shipping icon next to the product.

Discounted shipping applies to UK mainland* deliveries only and excludes additional delivery options. (For example 06:00 - 07:30 delivery)

Discounted shipping restrictions may apply to some postcode areas*.

Free shipping may be applicable for certain marketing/promotional activities; these will be indicated item by item.

Next day delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:

  • The order is placed before the specified cut off time and all security checks have been completed.
  • All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery.
  • Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.

Delivery is to a UK mainland address, post code restrictions apply. Please contact us for a list of restricted postcodes.

Delivery Methods

We mainly use Royal Mail / Parcel Force / UPS to deliver packages to our customers; however we reserve the right to change or alter the delivery method at anytime and also depending on the type of order, Location of delivery.

Wells Direct Returns Policy

Quality & Service are our focus and highest priority. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please include our returns form.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Telephone & Internet Purchases

Wells Direct gladly accepts returns of merchandise purchased by phone or online for full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by cheque must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Bespoke, Monogrammed, Personalised and Final Sale Items

All monogrammed, personalised and final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all lingerie and vintage items and all items that have been altered, are final sale.

For your convenience, Wells Direct, Phone, Internet or Wholesale purchases may be returned to our Wells Direct, postal address stated below, for refund or exchange in accordance with this policy.

Monogrammed, personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return or exchange an item by mail

You can send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package.
